Prof. Dr. Sohail Ashraf is Professor of Pediatrics at Wah Medical College and POF Hospital, Wah Cantt. A Fellow of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (FCPS, 2011), he has practiced pediatrics since 2000, with a clinical focus on neonatal and pediatric intensive care.

He served as Acting Head of the Department of Pediatrics from 2024 to 2026. He is a CPSP-approved postgraduate supervisor (FCPS and MCPS, Pediatrics), In-Charge of the college’s Skill Laboratory, and AHA-certified faculty for PALS and BLS. Most of his 32 research publications are on newborn care, childhood asthma and wheeze, and child growth and nutrition.
